Leadership Classes

When one is preparing to lead one must lead with the direction of the Almighty God, whatever your assignment is expect to be tested, rejected and persecuted.

Prepared leadership plays a vital role in the development of one direction and how far one will go

Who is a Leader?

What is a True Leader?

A leader is one who leads by example so as to obtain followers. So therefore leadership is the ability to obtain followers because leaders promote influence.

As a leader, one has to be prepared to lead, and do it with precision and excellence, if one does not prepare well for leadership one will not be able to handle the pitfalls of leadership.

The level of preparation determines the extent of leadership and success. Jesus is the best leader of all times, His leadership is based on example, Christ is in leadership to teach and help others and so do we, we are in leadership positions to change others.

One's level of leadership is directly related to how prepared you are for proper development. As a leader, you are expected to be developed enough to cause influence to those you intend to lead.

As a leader one is expected to be developed spiritually, mentally and emotionally. These three levels one must develop daily, weekly and monthly, even at the end of a year one must plan ahead for the next year ahead especially if they are really serious about making a strong impact.

Mentally: A leader provides solutions for people and must be espoused mentally to learn and study. A leader must learn how to accept criticism. A leader must always be prepared to stand or walk alone, as a leader one will expect criticism at any time, some will be happy, some won't, and some won't accept your decision. Always go along with those who are in agreement.

Leadership requires discipline, learning and study to be totally prepared always. We must work to continue being attractive, not developing prepared always. We must work to continue attentively to the art of leadership. Not developing mentally can affect your presentation in leadership [ as a leader.

A true leader always is dependable on God alone to lead and they follow, 2 Chronicles 20:12 as Jehoshaphat did.  True leader stands accountable to God first and then to the earthly leader God has placed over them.

They are careful risk-takers, diligent and tireless workers, occasional rule-breakers empowered and guiding forces for the people around them, goal-setting questors, and skilled and charismatic communicators

Leadership is an art; it is a privilege handed down to us by God to perform His Work here in earth.

However, the key to successful leadership in any endeavour is the ability to lead others successfully, without controlling or manipulating them, to get anything done.

As a leader, one must understand, mental training. Maturity comes with accepting the responsibility to make a difference.  His/Her character reveals your maturity, and your use of language, don't allow your emotions to always be loud.

Their prayer is not the only thing that will cause the ministry to grow, one's attitude determines one's attitude, and attitude likewise plays an important role as well, great leaders manage their emotions and passion.  Wise leaders know how to protect their emotions. Even to protect your emotions. John 6:9. As a leader we must learn to know how to reply to others, under any given circumstances. Leadership requires meekness. Don't rebuke babies, you will lose them. Immature babies, sometimes provoke leaders, remember everyone is never at the same level at the same time.

As a leader, one will be constantly dealing with people, stubborn ones, rebellious ones, meek ones and the list goes on. One must know that everyone is not the same and as a leader, one must learn their followers well.

My closing remarks:  A leader is a move and a shaker, they make things happen, and they get things done.
